I recently visited the place I’ve been going to for years, and I found out it’s under new ownership. The person who attended me was incredibly kind, friendly, and had great customer service skills. I’m very happy with my haircut! They even included a shampoo at no extra cost, and the price was the most affordable in Selkirk. I highly recommend this place!

I got my hair cut by the now owner of this business because Jan who used to own Shears was away and Tracy was busy. I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she never listened to me at all. I wanted hair cut over my ears with whisps coming down and she totally cut right off. She cut it so short at the back I almost had no hair left. She is not a very good hairdresser. I wouldn't send my dog to her. This was more than 4 months ago. I found out you took over this place and felt the need to say something. You were working there for a short stint about a year or so ago. I remember you well. I never forget a BAD haircut
